Robert Davi’s traditional holiday single- MISTLETOE & HOLLY really took me back to the big band sounds of the kind of music Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers once kicked up their dancing shoes too! It’s swinging, fun and upbeat. Davi’s voice is great as he covers this Sinatra classic signature tune recorded by ole blue eyes in 1957 !!! How could you not love lyrics like “Oh by gosh…by golly!” I think the whimsical lyrics are really true American traditional memory triggers like trimming the tree, overeating, relatives and who can’t remember the smell of “grandma’s pies” – 100% of the proceeds go towards the SALVATION ARMY!
